client and works directly with the cellular
phone carrier. The client’s annual budget for
wireless and vision for wireless is implemented
by Mobile IQ. The client relies on Mobile IQ to
manage the day to day management of their
wireless account(s). Yes, cellular carriers
claim to do this for free and have teams to
support your account. However, most of the time
it is a reactive service versus Mobile IQ’s
approach of pro-active. Centralizing the
processes is the first step.

The Mobile IQ team performs a comprehensive bill
review each month and from it generates custom
reports for the client. Mobile IQ is another set
of eyes reviewing your monthly wireless bills.
From these reviews, Mobile IQ makes
recommendations for the client to review and
decide upon.

Mobile IQ customizes a fulfillment site
specifically developed around the client’s
infrastructure. This allows clients, who have
multiple carriers and multiple order placers,
and are located across the country to go to one
place and make a request. By outsourcing all the
request to Mobile IQ, unnecessary contracts are
eliminated and rates plans will be recommended
based off of our management reports and total
minutes used.

The Mobile IQ fulfillment team will recommend
the appropriate services and send to the
deployment team. The deployment of services is
completed the same exact way as your existing
process through your cellular phone carrier. A
report of your for all carriers is generated
into a report.

Mobile IQ can fulfill warranty and exchange
requests on behalf of client through any
Carrier. Rather than spend your quality time on
hold with the Carrier, send a request ticket to
Mobile IQ who will complete your repairs, swaps,
or exchanges.
